Movement is medicine and we don’t want to take your medicine! We all agree that running can be our release, “me” time, fitness outlet, challenge and can help keep the crazy away on stressful days! Here at Run For Life Performance & Physical Therapy we try and keep you running while you are in rehab. Yes, in most cases you can continue to run in a modified manner! Every case is different so only after your physical therapy evaluation will the safest plan for you.

Our treatment sessions will begin with assessment of movement to determine root cause of injury. As appropriate pain control with movement education and correction including hands on/soft tissue/manual therapy techniques. Some treatment sessions will probably begin to look more like a strength and conditioning with running specific training to get you back to running injury free!
