We help you train for life from physical therapy to total body wellness. Get answers and a plan or step up your training and fitness with customized in-person and virtual programs catered to runners and active adults! We are excited to now offer menopause coaching and pelvic floor therapy for women via RenewHER Physio, our women’s health division. 

Not a runner, no problem! From neck pain, plantar fasciitis and everything in between we help you get back or return to the things you love to do. If you want to continue to hike, lift, workout, go on trips without worrying about how much walking there will be or be able to get up and down off the floor without groaning (or if you can get back up by yourself), WE ARE YOUR PEOPLE! Our goal is to keep you active and living your best life into your 40s, 50s, 60s & beyond.

Our Certified Running Coach help runners that fear that ache or pain will keep them off the pavement if they get it checked out due to fear of being told not to run! Dr Latisha helps keep you on the pavement with customized runners rehab or performance programs from 5k to full marathon

Always one-on-one with your doctor of physical therapy, without wasting time on hot packs, random stretchy bands or being treated at the same time as 2-3 other people

No cookie-cutter treatments or standard prescription of 3 times per week for 8 weeks….sessions are always custom to you.  We have 2 locations to serve you, one in downtown Indy at 537 E Ohio St, Indianapolis, IN 46204 (inside of Indy Performance Authority) and the other northeast near 71st & Binford, 6854 Hawthorn Park Place, inside of Legacy Barbell Club.

Hi, I’m Dr. Latisha Williams, owner and lead Physical Therapist of Run For Life Performance & Physical Therapy. 

In 2017, I branched out on my own creating H.O.L.Y. Lifestyles Rehab and Wellness, LLC now Run For Life Performance & Physical Therapy to be able to fully work with people that value their health, the way they move, and quality of life. I love providing convenient, one-on-one care that addresses the total person. From rehab to return to pain free running, weightlifting, or just being able to move better into your late 30s, 40s, 50s & beyond is my passion. As of August 2023, we launched our women’s health division, RenewHER Physio. It focuses on pelvic floor physical therapy, pregnancy and postpartum along with coaching and programming for perimenopause and menopause.

So, if you are looking for someone that will listen to you, customize your treatment, actually return you back to running, being active, getting on the floor to play with kids or grandkids then Run for Life Performance & Physical Therapy is for you.

If you LIKE these things below then WE ARE PROBABLY NOT A FIT:

  1.  Generic plan of come to physical therapy for 3 times per week for 8 weeks

  2.  Treatment sessions consist of stretchy bands over in the corner, riding the bike & then a hot pack at the end

  3.   2-3 other people being treated at the same time  

  4. Where you go to Physical Therapy and treatment sessions being controlled by insurance companies or doctors

Full Evaluation

To identify the cause of pain, assess movement issues, post-surgical plan, or potential training errors to determine treatment frequency and duration.  Treatment and custom home program begins at the first session. Ask about our virtual option for individuals living in Indiana and other select states.

Progress to strength, conditioning, and safe return to sport or back to regular daily or fitness activities. This is where traditional PT clinics fall off...you get discharged before you actually get back to doing the things you love to do!
